The app stores the following information locally on your device:
Jira Server settings (Server URL, Personal Access Token) — encrypted and stored in iOS Keychain
Work log cache (Issue Key, hours, comments) — stored locally for display purposes only
Favorite Issues list — stored locally on your device
2. How Is Data Used?
All data is used solely to connect to your company's Jira Server and display work log information.
The Personal Access Token (PAT) is used only to send API requests to your company's Jira Server
Work log data is read directly from your Jira Server without passing through any intermediate server
The app does not use any advertising SDKs or analytics tracking tools
3. Data Security
Your PAT Token is encrypted and protected by iOS Keychain
All Jira API requests connect directly to your company's Jira Server
The developer cannot access your PAT, work logs, or any personal information
4. Third-Party Services
WorkLog does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
The app communicates directly with your company's Jira Server (VPN required). This connection is managed entirely by your company.
5. Data Retention
All locally cached data can be cleared by:
Tapping "Sign Out" in the app settings — clears PAT and all local data
Removing the app from your device — all data is permanently deleted
6. Children's Privacy
WorkLog is an enterprise productivity tool and is not directed at children. The app does not collect any personal information from users.
